Stir-Fried King Oyster Mushrooms with Sausage

Ingredients: King Oyster Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Sausage
Accessories: Green Onion, Ginger
Seasonings: Salt, Sugar, Light Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Oil
Procedure:

1. First, process the ingredients. Cut the king oyster mushrooms into segments by slicing them diagonally, then cut them into diamond shapes. Slice the sausage diagonally into slices, and cut the bell pepper into diamond shapes or triangles. Chop the green onion and ginger into slices, and put them together for later use.

2. Boil a pot of boiling water in a pot. After the water boils, put the king oyster mushrooms in to blanch. Blanching king oyster mushrooms can remove the odor and make it easier to cook. After blanching king oyster mushrooms for 1 minute, drain and remove.

3. Then put the sausage in to blanch. Blanching sausage can dilute the saltiness, and blanching sausage for 1 minute, drain and remove.

4. In another pot, heat up the oil, put in the green onion and ginger, stir-fry to bring out the fragrance of the accessories.
5. After the accessories are fragrant, add the bell pepper and stir-fry for about 30 seconds, until the bell pepper is slightly cooked.

6. Then add the blanched king oyster mushrooms and sausage, stir-fry for about 1 minute.

7. After stir-frying, add 1 gram of sugar to enhance the fragrance, 1 gram of salt, 3 grams of light soy sauce, and 3 grams of oyster sauce, stir-fry until the seasonings are melted and evenly distributed.

8. Finally, turn off the fire, drizzle a little oil before serving to enhance the fragrance and brightness, and then serve.
