Tofu and Chives

Ingredients: 2 blocks of tofu, a small handful of chives, 2 tablespoons of yellow wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken broth, a little salt, appropriate amount of edible oil

Cooking method:

Step 1: The tofu needs to be pan-fried before cooking, cut into four square slices, pour a little edible oil into the pot until 80% hot, and then fry the tofu slices until golden brown on both sides and then set aside

Step 2: Wash and chop the chives into small segments and set aside
