Making: Heat rapeseed oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. After fragrant, add potato strings and green and red chili peppers, stir-fry over medium heat until partially cooked, and season with salt and chicken powder to enhance flavor. Continue to stir-fry until cooked, then add vinegar, scallion segments and hot oil before serving.
