Oyster and Chicken Stew Recipe

Ingredients: 600g chicken chunks / 200g oysters / Cornstarch (a little)
2 cloves garlic / 2 scallions / Ginger slices (a little)
Seasonings
2 spoons chili sauce / 2 spoons soy sauce / 2 spoons rice wine
1 spoon white sugar / White pepper (a little)
▼ 1. Prepare ingredients: Cut scallions into segments, slice ginger and garlic cloves.

Add a little water to the oysters and rub clean.

Boil a pot of water, quickly blanch the oysters, and remove them.
Cold water pot, add rice wine, boil after bubbling, remove.

Wash off the blood from the chicken pieces, drain the water.

▼ 2. Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, pour in chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper, and stir well.
▼ 3. Stir-fry the chicken: Heat oil, sauté scallions, ginger, and garlic to bring out the aroma.

Add the chicken chunks and stir-fry, pour in the prepared sauce.

Toss a few times, add hot water and cook for 5-8 minutes.

▼ 4. Reduce and serve: Add the oysters and continue to cook for 2 minutes, then open the lid to reduce the sauce over high heat.
▼ 5. Plate and enjoy: Serve the cooked oysters and chicken in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and you're done! A short simmering keeps the chicken slightly chewy and flavorful, with the bones for chewing pleasure; the oysters are self-explanatory – one bite releases a rich sauce, eaten with rice, full of freshness and fragrance.

Actually, the chicken stew sauce doesn't have to be chili sauce, you can replace it with any savory seasoning you like, as long as it's not too spicy and doesn't steal the flavor of the seafood.

This dish is not only delicious but also easy to operate, the only thing to pay attention to is that the oysters must be washed clean before cooking, don't let sand and debris ruin your meal.
