Slice pork belly into pieces, soak in water for 1 hour

Heat a pot with cold oil, sauté scallion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick, clove, bay leaf, add pork belly and pan-fry until both sides are golden brown

Addliao jiu –to boil, add soy sauce, old soy sauce, sugar, add water and bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour

Add a few boiled eggs, turn up the heat to reduce the sauce, sprinkle with scallion
