How to Make Potatoes – These Cheese Potato Patties Are Gone in 3 Minutes!
Today I'm sharing a new way to eat potatoes, fried cheese potato patties.
Ingredients needed:
Potatoes 290g
Pipa legs 1
Salt 3.5g
Pepper salt 1g
Black pepper powder 0.3g
Starch, as needed
Cheese slices 10
Eggs 1
Bread crumbs, as needed
Steps:
1Peel and slice the potatoes, add them to the pot and steam them with water to soften them. When steaming, it's best to cover the surface with a heat-resistant food wrap to prevent the potatoes from absorbing too much moisture.

2Remove the skin and bones from the pipa legs, and cut them into pieces. Chicken legs or chicken breasts can also be used.
3After steaming the potatoes, let them cool slightly and combine them with the chicken pieces in a food processor, then puree them.
4Pour the potato and chicken puree into a large bowl, add the appropriate amount of starch, salt, black pepper powder and pepper salt.

5Use a spoon to stir into a flocculent state, then knead into a ball. Don't add too much starch.

6Divide the dough into 5 portions.

7Take a dough ball and flatten it, then fold two slices of cheese in half and place them on the dough.

8Wrap it up. After wrapping, use your hands to tidy it up and shape it into an oval shape. Operate the rest in the same way.

9Dip it in egg liquid and then in bread crumbs. When coating with bread crumbs, press it with your hands to make it stick more firmly.
10Pour a pot of oil into the pot, heat the oil to 60% hot, then reduce the heat and fry the raw patties for about 6-8 minutes. Take it out of the pot.

Serve on the table and eat!
