Oil-free chicken and tofu meatballs


Ingredients needed: 250g chicken breast, 100g tofu, corn kernels, chopped wood ear mushrooms, green onions, light soy sauce, black pepper to taste, 1 egg, light soy sauce, salt to taste, 1 egg

Instructions: 1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and marinate with light soy sauce, black pepper and egg for 2 hours, then put it in a food processor to make meat puree, then add tofu and stir until smooth.


2. Put the chicken and tofu puree into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of chopped wood ear mushrooms, corn kernels, green onions (if you don't like it, you can omit it), salt, light soy sauce, and egg. Use chopsticks to stir in one direction until it becomes elastic (the chicken paste is elastic, not scattered).

3. Wet your hands with a little water, shape into meatballs, and cook them in boiling water. If you can't finish eating at once, you can freeze the cooked meatballs in the refrigerator, and take them out to cook next time, which is very convenient!


Oil-free Kimchi Pot

Oil-free Kimchi Pot: Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add 100g Korean kimchi, 1 spoonful of Korean chili sauce, any vegetables and meatballs you like.

I added enoki mushrooms, konjac jelly, silken tofu and winter melon slices, along with my homemade chicken meatballs and lettuce. Cook until flavorful, then add a little salt and serve.
