Easiest and Most Delicious Recipe for Sticky Rice Steamed Ribs - Easy to Learn, Moist and Tender
Before, pork prices were high, and it took a lot of effort to afford a meal with pork. Today I'm craving ribs, so I decided to treat myself.

Instructions:
1. First, wash the ribs and place them in a bowl with 2g of salt

2. Then add 1g of thirteen spices

3. Add half a spoon of light soy sauce

4. Add half a spoon of cooking wine
5. Add half a spoon of sesame oil

6. Add chopped green onions and minced ginger, and stir well with your hands, marinate for 15 minutes

7. Then place the marinated ribs in the sticky rice and roll them around to coat the rib surface with sticky rice

8. Bring water to a boil in a steamer, place the sticky rice-coated ribs in a dish and then place them in a steamer basket, cover and steam for 1 hour
