Ingredients:Saltwater tofu 5 pieces, salted mackerel fish 1 piece, scallions 1 small bunch, minced meat half a bowl, peanut oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, etc.

Detailed steps:

First, prepare 5 pieces of saltwater tofu, old and young are fine, choose the one you like, cut into rectangular pieces, and set aside. Of course, if you don't want to make tofu messy, you can also rinse it with water. My tofu is not washed.

Second, prepare a slightly larger piece of salted mackerel fish, cut the salted mackerel fish into small pieces and set aside.

Sixth, prepare a small sand pot, first pour a layer of stir-fried salted mackerel fish and minced meat into the bottom of the pot, a thin layer is enough, don't use too much, then put a layer of tofu, then spread a layer of minced meat and salted mackerel fish, then add a layer of tofu, just arrange it like this, the remaining minced meat can be spread on the surface, this dish doesn't need to add salt, because the salted mackerel fish is very salty.

Seventh, after arranging the minced meat and tofu, add the prepared sauce, cover the pot with a lid, turn the heat to large, bring to a boil, then turn to small heat for 8 minutes.

Eighth, now that the time is up, we prepared half a small bowl of water starch in advance, the ratio of water to starch is 2:1, after stirring the water starch, open the lid and pour it in, then turn the heat to boil again, and then close the heat.

Ninth, don't close the heat, just make it thick, okay, now you can turn off the heat, sprinkle the chopped scallion greens on the surface, let's eat!
