Cornmeal Vegetable

Ingredients:
Cornmeal 300g, Hot water 260g, Wheat flour 50g, Cabbage 300g, Meat filling 200g, Oil 40g, Scallions to taste, 10g, Light soy sauce 10g, , Salt to taste, Chicken powder to taste, Ginger 2 slices
Cooking steps:
1. Put cornmeal into a bowl.

2. Draw a circle and pour in hot water, mix with a fork until it forms clumps.

3. After cooling, knead it evenly with your hands, and then add wheat flour.

4. Mix and let it rise.

5. In the meat filling, add scallions, ginger, light soy sauce,, , salt, chicken powder and oil, mix and kneed it to make it stronger.

6. Bring water to a boil in a pot, cut the white cabbage into segments and blanch it in the pot, then pass it through cold water and squeeze out the water. Then chop it into smaller pieces. (A little coarser than dumpling filling.)

7. Pour the meat filling into it and mix well.

8. Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll into balls.

9. Shape a well in the dough.

10. Put a suitable amount of filling in the well.

11. Use both hands to hold the bottom and pull the sides together towards the middle.

12. Boil on cold water for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and steam it for 3 minutes.

13. Plating.
