Main Ingredients:

Lettuce, Tofu Sheets, Sesame Paste, Chili Oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the tofu sheets into wide strips.

2. Blanch for 3-5 minutes to remove the bean flavor.

3. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and blanch for 30 seconds – too long will affect the texture.

4. Don't rinse the blanched lettuce with cold water; spreading it out to air dry is best.

5. Adjust the amount of sesame paste according to your preference. If you like a more intense sesame flavor, add more. Personally, I prefer a more intense flavor.


6. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and rice vinegar to the sesame paste, then add purified water to dilute it (don't dilute it too much; the sauce should be able to connect into a line when a chopstick is drawn through it).

7. First put the blanched tofu sheets in a bowl.

8. Then add the lettuce and drizzle with the prepared sesame sauce, chili oil, and mix it up – and you're ready to eat!

After preparing the lettuce and tofu sheets, let it sit for 5 minutes, and it will be more flavorful. It's a great summer dinner choice – your weight will gradually decrease, it's nutritious and delicious, doesn't make you feel hungry, and helps you be both beautiful and slim.
