Red Wine Shrimp with Onions

Ingredients:
Shrimp, onions, red wine, salt, butter
Instructions:
1Wash the shrimp, remove the shells and shrimp tendons, and dry them; slice the onions in half, cut them in half lengthwise and cut into thin strands.
2Add butter blocks to the pan, medium heat, melt and then add the shrimp, sear both sides until colored, set aside.
3Add more butter, high heat, until the butter melts, add onion strands, stir-fry until the onions are slightly wilted and the edges are translucent.
4Add the previously pan-fried shrimp, stir-fry a few times, pour in a large spoonful of about 15ml of red wine, add salt according to your taste, and stir-fry until the soup is completely reduced and out of the pot.

Red Wine Braised Beef Shanks
Ingredients:
Red wine, black pepper, bay leaf 1 piece, garlic head
High-quality broth.
Instructions:
1Wash and cut the beef shanks into pieces and season with a little salt and black pepper.
2Cut carrots, onions, and tomatoes into pieces, slice garlic, add carrots and onions to hot oil and stir-fry until fragrant.
3Heat oil in a separate pan, sauté garlic slices, add the marinated beef shanks and tomatoes and stir-fry for a few times, then add carrots and onions together and stir-fry until fragrant.

4Add the stir-fried beef shanks, high-quality broth, and red wine to boil, turn to a small flame and simmer for more than an hour until the beef shanks are tender, in the last 10 minutes before serving, add salt to taste, and serve.

Red Wine Chestnut Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
Chicken wings, peeled chestnuts, red wine.
Instructions:
1Wash the chicken wings and drain the water.
2Heat oil in a pan, sear one minute on each side of the chicken wings.
3Pour red wine to cover the chicken wings, add more (chestnuts are a little difficult to cook), add sugar.
