Pila Hong
- Main Ingredients:Onion (Pipa Zi) 1/2, Chili 1
- Ingredients:Vinegar 1 tablespoon (5ml), Salt 1/2 teaspoon (3ml), Sugar 1/4 teaspoon (1g), MSG 1/4 teaspoon (1g), Sesame Oil 1/4 teaspoon (1ml)

Instructions
- 1Remove the outer skin from the onion and cut it into thin strips. After removing the stem and seeds from the chili, cut it into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into 4 slices, use a blade to remove the inner pulp, and then cut the hard skin into thin strips.
- 2Place onion, chili, and tomato strips in a large bowl, add vinegar, salt, sugar, MSG and sesame oil, and stir evenly before eating.
