Peppered Pig's Feet
Boil fresh pig's feet in a boiling pot until tender, then transfer to a braising pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and braise until the meat separates from the bone, remove and cut into pieces, arrange in a bowl and bake in an oven, remove and flip on a serving dish.
In a small bowl, place side radish root nodes, coriander nodes, garlic paste, chili flakes, scallion flowers, kimchi grains, salt, chili oil and sesame oil, to adjust the seasoning on top of the braised pig's feet.
