Egg and Tofu Steaming

Ingredients:
2 eggs, 1 box of soft tofu, a little salt, 2 teaspoons of flavor soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of fragrant oil, chopped green onions for garnish
Cooking Steps:
1. Prepare the ingredients: eggs and soft tofu.

2. Remove the plastic cover from the tofu box and invert it onto a plate, cutting small holes in the four corners with scissors.

3. Easily invert the entire block of tofu.
4. Slice the tender tofu into small pieces and place it in a deeper container.

5. Crack the eggs into a bowl.

6. Use chopsticks to beat them up.

7. Mix the egg liquid with water in a 1:1 ratio.

8. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve.

9. Pour the egg mixture into the tofu.

10. Bring water to a boil in a pot, place the egg and tofu in a steamer, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, steam over low heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let it steam in the residual heat for a few minutes.
11. Remove the steamed egg and tofu and immediately pour in flavor soy sauce and fragrant oil.

12. Garnish with chopped green onions.
