Meat with Shredded Pork and Vermicelli Noodles – A Simple and Delicious Home-Cooked Dish

Today I'm sharing meat shredded noodles with you. It's simple and great for downing, super delicious.
After a hard day's work, it's tiring to go home. Come home and have a simple plate of soft and flavorful noodles, so that you can't stop eating it all up. Remember to steam rice!

Ingredients: Noodles 200g, Green onions 50g.
Seasoning: 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 chili peppers, 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of old soy sauce, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of sugar, a little salt.
Instructions:
Put noodles in boiling water and cook until soft.

Drain and rinse with cold water.

Chop garlic, slice chili peppers into minced pieces.

Cut green onions into minced pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add minced meat and stir-fry until browned.

Add garlic and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add 1 spoonful of soy sauce, 1/2 spoonful of old soy sauce, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce.

Stir-fry the minced meat until it's well-colored.

Add noodles and stir-fry until evenly combined.

Add salt and sugar to taste.

Add minced green onions and stir-fry until out of the pan.
This dish is extremely simple, downing it is super delicious.


Tips:
1, Rinse the noodles with cold water after boiling, otherwise they will be sticky when stir-fried.
2, You can replace the minced green onions with chopped scallions or chopped garlic chives, as long as you have whatever you have on hand.
