Tofu has many ways to eat, high in nutrition and protein, it tastes good no matter how you eat it. Most of the time, it's usually stewed. It's rarely pan-fried or stir-fried, always the same old thing. This time, I chose to make stir-fried tofu. Ingredients
Main ingredients: 1 block of tofu, 1 carrot segment
Accessories: Salt to taste, 1 spoonful of sugar, chicken broth to taste, 2 spoonfuls of soy sauce, half spoonful of old soy sauce, appropriate amount of potato starch, appropriate amount of oil, 5 green onions, garlic to taste
Steps
1. Cut the tofu into slices and sprinkle with salt, and marinate for a while.

2. Chop the green onions and garlic slices

3. Slice the carrots.

4. Heat up oil in a non-stick pan, coat the tofu slices with a layer of potato starch and pan-fry until golden brown, then remove them from the pan

5. Prepare the sauce by mixing white sugar, soy sauce, old soy sauce, salt, chicken broth and a little water

6. Heat oil in the pan and add green onions and garlic, sauté carrots until fragrant

7. Add the tofu and stir-fry for a few times

8. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly, then serve

Tips
1. When pan-frying, coating the tofu with a layer of potato starch will prevent oil splashing and make it crispy and tender
2. If you like spicy food, you can add a little chili
3. You can also use doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste), mala (Sichuan peppercorns) and flower (Sichuan peppercorns) to enhance the flavor.
