Spotted Tiger Quail Eggs with Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: Quail eggs, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, cornstarch.
Instructions:
1Place the quail eggs in cold water and boil until cooked, then peel off the shells for later use
2Heat a small amount of oil in a pan to 70% heat, then add the quail eggs and fry until the surface is golden brown
3Add a small amount of oil to the pan, then add tomato sauce and stir-fry over medium heat, then add appropriate amount of hot water and stir well, and put the quail eggs in for simmering
4In a bowl, mix salt, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch until fully dissolved, then pour into the boiling pan
5When plating, sprinkle with chopped coriander or sesame seeds.
