Steps:
First step: Stir-fry peanuts. Preheat a non-stick skillet, pour in the peanuts, and stir-fry until done. Alternatively, you can microwave the peanuts or deep-fry them.

Second step: Pound the chicken breast with the back of a knife several times, then cut it into dicing pieces.

Third step: Marinate the chicken breast. Add appropriate amount of edible oil, cornstarch, salt, Sichuan peppercorns, stir until well combined, add a little cooking wine to remove fishy smell, and marinate for 15 minutes. (For a larger family portion, you can add an egg yolk to make the meat texture more tender.)
