In Spring, Give Children More Meat to Eat, Rich in Nutrients, Easy to Digest, and Promotes Height and Strength
Go out to do some errands, and by the way, I bought tofu at the entrance of the community. We're staying home, and my daughter and her father are craving tofu. The girl said when I bought the tofu, she wanted to eat tofu meatballs. I don't know which meatballs she's referring to. The girl said she'd made this before, tofu plus meat to make meatballs, then topped with a sour and sweet sauce, it's really delicious. I didn't remember exactly which dish it was, but with this information, making tofu meatballs is a good idea.

I've been enjoying making meatballs lately, you can put various ingredients together and eat them in one bite, which is both nutritious and balanced. The methods for making meatballs are diverse, such as boiling in water, deep-frying, or steaming. Different types of meatballs have different cooking methods depending on their texture. Firm meat meatballs can be cooked by boiling and deep-frying, while soft and loose meatballs can be cooked by steaming. I like steaming meatballs because it doesn't destroy the shape of the meatballs, and it can reduce the amount of oil used, making it healthier to eat.
Today's meatballs used chicken breast and tofu. Chicken breast is oil-free, and if it's not done well, the texture will be tough. This way of eating was unexpected. Chicken breast mashed into a paste, combined with tofu, produced a particularly good texture, juicy and delicious. The girl instantly loved it, and it added a new favorite dish. Spring is the best season for children to grow, so eating quality protein foods is a good idea. Chicken is rich in nutrients, containing vitamins C and E, a high proportion of protein, and a variety of types. It's easily digested and absorbed by the body, which can enhance strength and strengthen the body. It also contains phospholipids, which are important sources of fat and phospholipids.

Chicken Breast Tofu Meatballs

9Steam them until the water boils, time for 10 minutes, the steamed meatballs will appear wrinkled, which looks very beautiful.

10In a wok, add a little water, add about 10g of oyster sauce, 20g of tomato sauce, 10g of sugar, 5g of vinegar to make a sauce, bring to a boil and pour in starch water to make a sauce.

11Pour the cooked sauce on the meatballs, and this dish is ready. It's sour and sweet and very delicious.

A few more words:
I used a lot of tofu, and the meatballs taste strongly of tofu. You can reduce the amount of tofu, but because I added tofu, the texture of the meatballs is particularly good. If the tofu proportion is too small, the texture of the meatballs will be harder.
Steamed meatballs are also very delicious. You can make a few more at a time and freeze them for steaming, or cook them in soup.
