Ingredients
Noodles to your liking; Scallions 1 stalk; Soy sauce 2 spoons; Rice vinegar 1 spoon; Salt to taste; Dried seaweed (optional); Cilantro 1 stalk (optional)

- Chop scallions and place in a large bowl. Heat oil in a pot and drizzle over the scallions to release fragrance (add chili powder if you like it spicy)
2. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and salt, and chicken broth
3. Add boiling hot water
4. Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles (add greens at this time)
5. Drain the cooked noodles into the hot soup, add some cilantro, and you have a refreshing hot noodle soup!
