Double Chili Bean Paste with Eggs
Ingredients: Eggs; Small Red Chilies; Large Red Chilies; Green Onion; Garlic; Bean Paste;
Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Soak the bean paste in water for about 10 minutes; chop green onions, garlic, and chilies; wash and set aside the softened bean paste; boil the eggs and immerse them in cold water to cool them down.
3. Peel and slice the cooled boiled eggs; heat the pot, add oil, and sauté minced garlic and chilies until fragrant; add the bean paste and then add chopped green onions and stir-fry for half a minute; add the boiled eggs, shake the pot to evenly coat the eggs; add a little salt and stir-fry until cooked.
Scallion Oil with Shredded Beef
Ingredients: Shredded Beef, Green Onion, Dried Chilies, Salad Oil, Mei Ji Fresh
Instructions: 1. Put the shredded beef in boiling water to blanch it, quickly remove it and pass it through cold water. This makes the shredded beef more crispy.
2. Spread the drained shredded beef evenly on the plate.
3. Wash the green onions and chop them into small pieces; sprinkle chopped green onions on the shredded beef. Sprinkle some dried chilies. Drizzle two spoonfuls of Mei Ji Fresh.
4. Heat the oil in the pot and pour it in.
Garlic Tofu
Ingredients: Tofu, Garlic, Oyster Sauce, Salt, Green Onion, Light Soy Sauce, Pepper, Sugar, Sesame Oil.
Instructions:
1. First, cut the tofu into triangular blocks; chop the garlic; chop the green onions into green onion flowers.
2. Next, prepare a sauce: pour an appropriate amount of water into the bowl, add half a spoonful of salt, appropriate oyster sauce, light soy sauce, add pepper, add sugar, garlic, and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pot, put the tofu in to fry until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry the other side.
4. When both sides are golden brown, add the prepared sauce and fry until the fragrance comes out; drizzle in an appropriate amount of sesame oil, add green onion flowers, and enjoy a delicious garlic tofu.

Instructions
