Ingredients: Pork, carrots, green onion, konnyaku, oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce

Instructions:

  1. Tear konnyaku into small pieces, slice carrots, slice pork, chop green onion, and make sure to wash it thoroughly.
  2. Heat oil in a pot, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
  3. Add pork and stir-fry until changed color
  4. Add green onion, add konnyaku and carrots
  5. Add soy sauce
  6. Boil for about 30 minutes before serving.

Ham Potato Salad

Ingredients: Potatoes, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, apples, salt, oil, egg yolk sauce, salad dressing

Instructions:

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces, soak them in water for later use
  2. Wash and slice the cucumber and ham sausage for later use
  3. Wash and slice the tomatoes for later use
  4. Wash and dice the carrots, cucumbers, and apples, and diced ham for later use
  5. Boil water in a pot, add 1 spoon of salt
  6. Add potatoes and boil for about 10 minutes, then drain and dry them
  7. Heat a flat-bottomed pan, add ham diced, cucumber diced and stir-fry for a few seconds
  8. Mash the potatoes and mix them with egg yolk sauce and salad dressing, salt, and mix together
  9. Then add diced carrots, diced cucumbers, diced apples, and diced ham, and mix well
  10. Put it into a preservation box and refrigerate for 2 hours before eating.

Cheese Cucumber

It won’t be putting cheese on top of cucumbers, that’s what ‘Neko Zan’ thought and did too.

Ingredients: Cucumber, cheese

Instructions:

  1. Wash and slice the cucumber
  2. Put cheese on it and eat it.
