2. Then add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce + 2 tablespoons of sesame paste + ½ tablespoon of oyster sauce + ½ tablespoon of sugar + 2 tablespoons of vinegar + a little salt + a little white pepper. Mix well!
Pour it into the cooked dumplings, and add some cilantro – it's amazing…

This way is much better than pouring water directly! – Cover the pot with a lid and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes until the water is almost dry – Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds and steam for 1 minute, and it's OK.
