Baijiu execution standards are the technical requirements and rules that baijiu manufacturers must follow during production. Commonly used baijiu execution standards include those starting with GB, which represents national standards; DB, representing local standards; T, representing industry standards; and Q, representing enterprise standards, also known as enterprise standards. Within national standards, there are also mandatory and recommended execution standards, while local standards are recommended execution standards, and industry standards are issued by industry organizations, and enterprise standards are formulated by enterprises themselves.According to regulations, enterprise standards are generally higher than enterprise standards when conditions are equal. However, in recent years, there have been more and more baijiu products using enterprise standards. Everyone is eager to use enterprise standards, is it because they are offering higher quality baijiu products?However, in practical work, there are various sayings about enterprise standards. Some say that most wineries use enterprise standards that are higher than national standards. But it's also possible that some wineries use enterprise standards to deliberately mislead, and even some wineries falsely label their standards. Furthermore, the content of these standards is often difficult for outsiders to understand, but the national standard number can make it clear and unique, while some enterprise standard numbers look like a blurry haze.There is a set of enterprise standard numbers that is particularly baffling: Q/YHJY0001S-2017, Q/YHJY0001S-2018, Q/YHJY0001S-2019.The differences between these three enterprise standards lie in the year suffix. If they are all used with the year suffix last year, then this standard would be completely the same. However, these three enterprise standards correspond to products from three wineries, and these three wineries have no connection and are located in three provinces.The corresponding enterprises are: Q/YHJY0001S-2017 is related to Shandong Yanghu Liquor Company's product standards; Q/YHJY0001S-2018 is related to Guizhou Yonghong Liquor Company's standards; and Q/YHJY0001S-2019 is related to Yanghe Liquor Corporation's Yanghe Puqiu series.The above three standard numbers are so similar mainly because the enterprise names start with the same letter and are all number 0001. In contrast, some products of the same winery and the same brand but different series use different enterprise standard numbers, which is even more baffling. For example, Moutai Group's Healthcare Company produced Moutai Baijiou, three series used three enterprise standards: V20, V25, and V30 series used standard Q/JMBJ0011S-2004, and the Dao, Question, and Heaven series used standard Q/MBJJ02-2008, and the Gongpin, , and Shangpin series used standard Q/GMBJ0011S-2011.All are Moutai Baijiou, all contain ingredients such as white bark, dragon fruit meat, lotus seeds, and hawthorn, but because of the different series, the executed standards are also different. And the three executed standards are located in three wineries in different provinces, which is surprisingly similar.A long-time wine industry insider said that most enterprise standards are okay, but there are also some wineries that unconsciously use enterprise standards to gain an advantage. As long as they are not found by relevant departments, it's fine. Once they are found, they will face severe penalties.In recent years, the national and provincial market supervision bureaus have conducted multiple inspections and found that most of the problems were found in small wineries or small workshops, such as inaccurate alcohol content or the addition of prohibited saccharin.However, with the increasing perfection of the national governance system and the strengthening of market regulation, combined with consumers' increasing knowledge of baijiu, it is believed that the baijiu market will become increasingly healthy and standardized, and consumers' rights will be effectively protected.
