Seasonings: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, a little salt, chili powder, cumin, half tablespoon of sugar, half tablespoon of, ginger, garlic, scallion whites

Procedure:

1Prepare the ingredients: Cut pork belly into slices, not too thin. Staying at home, find pork belly chunks bought before the year, cut a piece into 4 pieces. Mix the seasonings in a bowl, there is no chili powder and cumin at home, use a dipping water containing chili powder.



2Mix pork belly, ginger, garlic, scallion white, and seasonings in a large bowl, seal the large bowl in the refrigerator for marinating, about 1 hour.



3The marinated pork belly is placed on a baking tray, and a layer of oil paper is best on the tray. Roasting pork belly will produce oil, it's troublesome to brush the tray, it needs to be soaked for a while to heat water.



4The oven upper heat 200 degrees, lower heat 190 for preheating, preheating is ready to put the baking tray into the lower layer, bake for 10 minutes.

5Sprinkle some scallion flowers and chili powder on the roasted pork belly, eat hot, wrap in lettuce.



6Cut less than a pound of meat, roasted two trays, while roasting while eating, it will be finished in a short while.


Tips:

Pork belly should not be cut too thin, it is easy to dry out, at least half a centimeter thickness is delicious.

The thicker the pork belly, the longer the baking time, so ten minutes is not a fixed number, it needs to be determined according to the home oven's temper and the meat's thickness.
