1. Spicy and Sour Potatoes:

Instructions: 1. Wash the eggplant and slice it into small circles. Chop green onion, ginger, garlic, and chopped dried chili peppers.

2. Heat oil, add eggplant to fry until golden, remove and drain the oil.

3. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and green onion until fragrant, then add the pork and continue to stir-fry with the eggplant, then add the sauce and stir-fry.

4. Chop green peppers and scrambled eggs, add salt, MSG, and stir-fry evenly, add vinegar to cook, and serve.

4. Scrambled Eggs with Green Peppers:

Practice: 1. Wash the green peppers with water, slice the seeds into thin strips. Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir with chopsticks.

2. Pour oil (40g) into the wok, heat it up, pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry, pour out the oil.
