Beef Tendon 1 piece Beef Strips 1 piece Baijiu 1 two
Light Soy Sauce Old Soy Sauce Ice Sugar Eight Spices 2 pieces
Star Anise 1 small piece Ginger Scallions 1 root

1 | The bought beef first soak in cold water for half an hour then wash thoroughly, boil water on high heat in a pot to bring the beef's blood water to a full boil, about 2 minutes to take out, use hot water to wash the beef clean
2 | Put the washed beef into a pressure cooker, add all seasonings and water to cover the ingredients and pressure cook for 20 minutes

3 | Open the pressure cooker, pour out the beef, continue to cook on a gas stove until the soup thickens
4 | Serve and cool

5 | Refrigerate for a night and slice for a better texture!

1 | The beef after blanching must be washed with warm water not cold water! And you must use Baijiu (Chinese liquor), (Shaoxing wine) will easily make the beef taste sour!
