Ingredients: Lamb, white radish, green onion, ginger slices, peppercorns, star anise, cooking wine, salt, cilantro

Soak fresh lamb in cold water for 1 hour, change water and soak for another 1 hour to remove odor

Blanch and wash the lamb, set aside
