Recently, when preparing for the New Year, I bought 4 boxes of 10 kilograms of yams, thinking I would save some for myself, and some for visiting friends. Suddenly, they were ‘locked down’ overnight, eliminating the fun of visiting friends. Now, I don’t have to worry about stockpiling food, and I can eat yams to promote digestion and intestinal health!

As everyone knows, yams are a good digestive ingredient. Whether eaten raw or cooked, they are very delicious. People love to eat raw yams, which are sweet and delicious, but people don't like to eat raw yams because they are sticky and tasteless. However, yams contain a lot of starch, so eating them raw is more suitable. If you have indigestion or bloating, eating a little yam raw and drizzling with sugar can be very comfortable for your stomach!

Instructions

First step: Peel the yam and cut it into segments and arrange it in a plate. Every time I make yam dishes, I remind my friends not to forget to wear gloves. If you don't have gloves at home, quickly cut it and wash your hands with vinegar to prevent allergies.

Second step: Put the yam in a steamer and steam for 8 minutes. Poke it with a fork until it’s completely pierced. While it's hot, press it into yam puree with a spoon.

Third step: Add 1 small bowl of glutinous rice flour and stir well with a fork, then pour it onto a silicone mat and knead into a smooth dough.

Fourth step: Separate the egg yolk and egg white, beat the egg yolk into a paste for later use.

Fifth step: Knead the dough into long strips and cut it into 3cm wide strips.

Sixth step: Flatten the strips and put them into cheese crumbs and blueberry sauce, use any method you are good at to wrap them tightly, then knead into long strips.

Seventh step: Put the yam balls into egg yolk and roll them, then put them into breadcrumbs to roll. This semi-finished product is ready!
