Instructions:

1. After slaughtering and cleaning the rabbit, cut it into chunks and marinate with green onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch until evenly mixed. Then, add a bit of cornstarch to lock in the moisture. Marinate for 1 hour.

2. Set aside the fried shrimp slices.

3. Heat oil in a pan until it's about 60% hot. Add the marinated rabbit chunks and fry until golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same pan, pour in chili oil and salad oil, add green onions, ginger, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.

5. After the aroma develops, add chili flakes and stir-fry until evenly mixed. Then, add the fried rabbit chunks and stir-fry until well combined. Season with salt, MSG, chicken broth powder, white sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, and sesame oil.

6. Finally, plate and serve.
