Ingredients & Materials:
Rabbit chunks, green onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, cornstarch, shrimp slices, chili oil, salad oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, bell pepper rings, Sichuan peppercorns, MSG, chicken broth powder, white sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, sesame oil
Instructions:
1. After slaughtering and cleaning the rabbit, cut it into chunks and marinate with green onions, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, and cornstarch until evenly mixed. Then, add a bit of cornstarch to lock in the moisture. Marinate for 1 hour.
2. Set aside the fried shrimp slices.
