Very rare! White-billed diver found in Hangzhou Linjiang Jianghai wetland

Yesterday (April 9th), environmental volunteer Zheng Jianguo found a white wild bird in the Qiantang New District Linjiang Jianghai wetland.
He zoomed in with a camera and found it was a very rare white-billed diver. Why is it rare? Because white-billed divers are formed by gene mutations of ordinary wild spotted-billed ducks, with white feathers all over their bodies, and they generally live together with ordinary spotted-billed ducks. When Zheng Jianguo discovered it, the white-billed diver was playing with ordinary spotted-billed ducks.
According to Zheng Jianguo's recollection, this is the second time a white-billed diver has been discovered in the wetland. There was also one in 2018. In recent years, with the improvement of the ecological environment of the Jianghai wetland, more and more wild birds have arrived in the wetland, approximately 100,000 wild birds each year, and the probability of appearing white-billed diver has also increased.
