Recently, the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission conducted a clearance of government-controlled priced scenic areas across the province, establishing the 'List of Government-Controlled Priced Scenic Areas (2020)' (hereinafter referred to as 'the List'), and published ticket prices for 139 scenic areas. This list includes 12 scenic areas in Zhuzhou.

According to the List, among 5A scenic areas, the ticket price for the Yan Emperor Culture Theme Park in Zhuzhou was 62 yuan. In 4A scenic areas, Yunyang Mountain Forest Park is 45 yuan, Shennong Valley is 62 yuan ( 50 yuan), and Jiuxi Lake Scenic Area is 26 yuan ( 16 yuan). In 3A scenic areas, Bailong Cave is 60 yuan, Yunlong Diyi in Yiling is 50 yuan ( 30 yuan), and Xianrenqiao is 46 yuan. Additionally, the temporarily ungraded Yuesan County Taoyangguyue Scenic Area is 20 yuan ( 15 yuan), Pijia Cave Scenic Area is 26 yuan ( 20 yuan), Baoning Temple is 20 yuan ( 10 yuan), Shennong Tower is 40 yuan, and Kongling Temple is 10 yuan.

The List includes ticket prices for 139 scenic areas and other tourist facilities and transportation within the areas, which are subject to government-guided prices and strictly enforced preferential policies for various special groups. Scenic areas not included in the List have market-regulated prices. Local governments should proactively contact scenic areas within their jurisdictions, combined with local realities, to introduce annual tickets, seasonal tickets, weekend tickets, and free-day initiatives, guiding the restart of tourism consumption across the province.

At the same time, relevant reduction and exemption policies are implemented. Discounted tickets are provided to serving military personnel, disabled military personnel, 'three groups' (referring to military personnel and their families), and the families of serving military personnel according to regulations. It promotes that government-controlled priced scenic areas in the province should provide discounted tickets to medical staff, public security personnel, and their accompanying close relatives before the end of 2020.
