Gansu Wanbang Huihui Business Co., Ltd. Conducts Site Selection Investigation for ‘Qianhe Farm’ Project in Weinan and Lin Tao Counties
To accelerate the implementation of the 'Qianhe Farm' project, from March 28th to 30th, Gansu Wanbang Huihui Business Co., Ltd. conducted site selection investigations in several rural tourism villages in Weinan and Lin Tao counties, Shaanxi Province.
The investigative team visited several rural tourism villages including Zhangpo Village, Shouyang Village, Xiaikou Village, Weiheyuan Village, Houjia Temple Village, Bainian Village, Yuanjuedui Village, Qiichuan Bay Village and Southping Village, Luolin Village, Majiajiao Village, Chaliujia Village, Hou Dibeiwang Village in Weinan and Lin Tao counties. Through on-site observation, listening to introductions, discussions and exchanges, drone aerial photography and detailed investigation, the team gained a deep understanding of the rural tourism villages' historical and cultural heritage, ecological landscapes, village appearance and characteristics, and featured industries. The investigative team believes that Deyang has abundant tourism resources, pleasant climate, convenient transportation and is a good place for summer vacation and resort tourism. The tourism development potential is huge. Next, they will invite experts to comprehensively evaluate the rural tourism resources and project selection work.
In recent years, Deyang City has seized the strategic opportunity of the country implementing the rural revitalization strategy, highlighting 'four characteristics' (organized, old-fashioned, fiery, energetic), adhering to 'five values' (with the soul of farming culture, with the charm of rural scenery, with the shape of village houses, with ecological agriculture as the foundation, with natural dispersion as the melody), and vigorously promoting the construction of rural tourism demonstration villages. In 2019, the whole city competed to establish 7 provincial rural tourism demonstration villages and built 10 new rural tourism demonstration villages, making a positive contribution to the implementation of the 'culture, tourism, and urban revitalization' strategy.
The 'Qianhe Farm' project is based on the development of ecological agriculture, with ecological leisure and retirement, resort tourism, rural life experience, and green, healthy, organic agricultural products as the main directions. Combining 'company + cooperative + farmer' operation model with 'agriculture + countryside + homestay + gardening + tourism + internet + e-commerce' integrated development, it implements a close cooperation mechanism to create a shared information channel and cooperation and development platform for thousands of enterprises and Qianhe farms. By promoting ecological agriculture through rural tourism, it creates an effective path for revitalizing the rural economy, increasing farmers' income, and eliminating poverty and enriching lives.
