On March 30th, the reporter came to the Qianmu Tea Garden of Fenghua Mountain Scenic Area, where tea gardens were lush and green, the aroma of tea lingered in the air, and high-altitude organic tea was entering the harvest season. Tea farmers were seen shuttling through the tea tree bushes, skillfully wielding their hands, busy picking tender green tea buds, creating a vibrant scene of tea harvesting.
The Qianmu Tea Garden of Fenghua Community covers one thousand acres, benefiting from its unique high-altitude geographical environment and climate, as well as abundant rainfall which is suitable for growing tea,
They rely on the mountain for sustenance and the water for nourishment. The local people know that for long-term stability, they must also rely on the land and develop industries to escape poverty,
What industry should they develop? After visiting and learning from experienced people, the Fenghua community decided to introduce owners and utilize the original idle old tea mountains to develop tea. Subsequently, with the help of the town, Chongqing Tourism Company settled in here, continuously building it up, and the tea garden gradually became scaled,
The Qianmu Tea Garden in the scenic area has strictly adhered to organic standards in recent years, continuously exploring for three years of organic transition period, officially obtaining EU and NOP American Organic Product Certification certificates,
'This is not easy,' said tea factory manager Tan Taiping to the reporter. 'This honor is currently the only one in the entire tea industry, and only a handful of others in the national tea industry.'
Currently, the tea garden is focusing on building a one-stop production, processing, and sales system for organic tea, upgrading 'Three Gorges Silver Needle' tea, and striving to take advantage of the 'Belt and Road' initiative to enter European and American markets,
