Faith and freedom can give us enough strength to challenge ourselves, overcome difficulties and embrace the future
2019 has passed, no matter how the past year went or whether it was satisfactory, it doesn't matter anymore

What's important is that a new year has arrived, and in 2020, we should consider how to spend it. This is the question we should be asking ourselves

Life is really like this
You can't not plan
You can't think too much either
Not planning leads to a lack of direction
Thinking too much can be exhausting and frustrating

You should often tell yourself:
I want to achieve this
I will definitely succeed
I can persevere
I won't regret it
Past disappointments

But we still have the future
Life is your own
The way you choose to live, will determine what kind of you you become
Instead of complaining about how imperfect the world is
You should use your own efforts, to gain more beauty and luck
The world won't stop just because you're tired
If you don't put in the effort today, you'll have to run hard tomorrow
If it's unavoidable, all we can do is become stronger, strong enough to face the next challenge
The main goal for 2020 is freedom and flight
Goal: to go to Tibet
We've been so tired and exhausted these past few years
Life seems to have reached a low point
But
The world won't stop just because you're tired
If you don't put in the effort today, you'll have to run hard tomorrow
If it's unavoidable, all we can do is become stronger, strong enough to face the next challenge

Like the birds flying in the sky over Namtso Lake
Let me fly freely
Go to find the space for freedom
Untie my shackles
Break the chains
Return to my innate human nature
Break through the darkness before dawn
Fly towards a world of freedom
This is the kind of life I've always wanted
That year at Namtso Lake, there were people like this
They often sat on rocks by the lake, holding prayer wheels, reciting scriptures from sunrise to sunset
They weren't lake travelers, or tourists, but residents who protected Namtso Lake
In their minds, protecting Namtso Lake was a glorious task given by Buddha, the most meaningful and valuable thing
I think, this is the power of belief

Now, many people talk a lot about faith and belief, saying whatever people say, saying whatever they think, saying all sorts of nonsense
If a person has a belief, he should treat his faith and belief as his lifelong pursuit
With persistence, there is accumulation, and with accumulation, you can stand out
Actually, persistence is the secret to success, not some mysterious principle
Without success, it only means that there was a lack of persistent faith
The older generation of communist revolutionaries expressed their sincere faith through praying to Buddha

In Tibet, praying to Buddha not only includes bowing to Buddha statues, scriptures and temples, but also paying homage to sacred mountains and lakes
I've met many travelers from remote regions who prayed to Buddha, some traveling in groups, some alone
The most impressive is a man from Changdu who prayed to Buddha from Changdu to Lhasa, he walked half a way, slowly progressing, walking a long way with his head bent, it can be said, he used his body to measure the long journey of prayer
We can't help but question, what gave them such powerful strength to challenge their own limits?
The answer is religious belief
This applies broadly, belief can give us enough strength to challenge ourselves, overcome difficulties
Like the older generation of communist revolutionaries, they overthrew the oppressive forces of three mountains because of their communist faith and established New China
During the critical period of China's reform and construction, we must have communist faith, not afraid of hardship, not afraid of tiredness, willing to unite and dedicate ourselves, make extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts
