I've had this waxberry rib dish from Da Dong (Big Fellow), I keep thinking about it, a perfect recreation, and I can make it whenever I want to eat.
Snow mountain has ribs, delicious, beautiful and easy, snowflakes fall and eat ribs

Ingredients: 10 traditional wax berries, don't buy ribs with cream, 3 ribs, ginger powder or ginger, rice wine, one scallion, 50g of starch, 45g of sugar, 10g of powdered sugar
Steps:
1, 10 wax berries soak in cold water for half an hour

2, add ribs with salt, ginger powder or ginger, rice wine, one scallion, and rub with hands for half an hour. After half an hour, pick out the scallion, add starch
3, pour oil into the pot, pour in the ribs and stir-fry over medium heat until golden brown on all sides. If you have a large pot, you can fry directly. To avoid making a large amount of oil, you can stir-fry. After frying, take out the excess oil

4, leave a little oil in the pot, pour in the sugar and stir-fry until caramel color appears, then pour in the ribs, stir-fry evenly, add wax berries and the water from soaking the wax berries, add a bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes until the ribs are tender, add salt, then turn up the heat to thicken the sauce, the sauce should be a little thicker, otherwise it won't be delicious, take out the ribs and wax berries
5, fry and sprinkle with powdered sugar before eating, don't throw away the bones, you have to suck them up before discarding them oh!
