Today, we're sharing a sweet treat made with milk: Crispy Fried Milk,With a crispy exterior and a gooey center, it's a truly delightful treat worth trying!Ingredients:
250g milk, 50g cornstarch, 80g flour, 1 egg, 30g sugar, 2g baking powder, breadcrumbs, 1g salt, 100g water, oil.

Instructions:1. Prepare the ingredients: Whisk together the milk, cornstarch, sugar, and egg. Set aside some breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
2. Prepare a pot, pour in the milk, cornstarch, and sugar, and stir continuously over low heat until it thickens. Turn off the heat and pour it into a container to cool completely, then refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Once frozen, cut the milk ice into strips and set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt with water and mix well. Dip the milk strips into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs for a crispy and fragrant result.
4. Once all the milk strips are coated with breadcrumbs, heat oil in a pot. Fry the milk strips one by one until golden brown, then remove and place them in a nice dish.
