No Stove Required! Who Still Makes Rice Cooker Cakes?
Today's Su Su is a listless and lazy Su Su. After all, it's Wednesday, and she feels a bit lost, like she's going nowhere.
So, I'm going to make something simple and delicious to reward myself, hehe~

When it comes to something that's quick, tasty, and filling, I immediately thought of sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, taro, and pumpkins – all these root vegetables.
They're not only visually appealing with their fresh colors, but they're also sweet and smooth, with just enough sweetness without being heavy. They're truly the ultimate healing desserts.

Because I've had so many sweet potatoes and pumpkins in the last few days, I chose purple sweet potatoes and taro to make a dessert – Purple Sweet Potato Taro Mash Cake.

Don't underestimate the ordinary color of taro; combined with sweet purple sweet potato, the color becomes vibrant and full of luster, it's like having a built-in filter!
This time, I used ready-made toast slices instead of cake pans, so I don't need an oven to make it. To make the toast softer, I also added yogurt.
As for the purple sweet potato and taro mash, it's very easy to make: if you don't have a food processor, you can also press it with a spoon, and after adding milk, the texture is smooth and fluffy, it's truly comparable to ice cream.

I think this recipe is already pretty good, but!
The key point here... I also drizzled it with yogurt and sprinkled it with Cheerios. I'm going to explode with joy!

The appearance is comparable to a cake, but without oil and sugar, it's completely healthy and additive-free. You won't feel any burden after eating it. It's not just for adults; babies over 12 months old can enjoy it with confidence.
Babies, come and pick this up – a magical cake with mashed purple sweet potato and toast!
