Ingredients: 3 eggs, 140g low-powder, 60g white sugar, 60g milk, 50g corn oil
Instructions:
1In a clean, oil-free and water-free bowl, add 3 eggs and then add all the white sugar, and start whisking;

2Use an electric mixer to whisk until the egg liquid dripped from the whisk can stay for 5 seconds;

3Then sift low-powder into the bowl in batches and mix evenly with a folding method;

4Then add milk and mix evenly with a folding method again;
5Finally, add corn oil and mix evenly with a folding method; when folding, fold from the bottom up;

6The resulting batter is fluffy and smooth;

7Pre-grease the waffle maker with vegetable oil, then scoop the batter into it, and spread the batter evenly across the machine;
