Cooking Process:
1Hundred-layer tofu is frozen, so it needs to be taken out of the refrigerator in advance and placed in a normal place to thaw.
2Pork belly rinse with clean water, then soak in water for half an hour, then remove and dry with kitchen paper, cut into meat slices for later use.
3After thawing, you can take the hundred-layer tofu from the packaging and place it on a clean cutting board, cut it into thin slices, and put it on a plate for later use; peel the onion and cut it into onion grains for later use.
4Green onion wash clean and cut into green onion flowers and put it aside for later use. Immediately follow is the preparation of cooking.
