Homemade Egg Rolls
Ingredients: Cooked rice, eggs, green beans, corn kernels, carrots, mushrooms, beef, ham sausage, scallions, salt, chicken broth,, oyster sauce.
Marinate the beef with a little and oyster sauce for a moment, slice the carrots and cut into dicing, cut the ham sausage into dicing, dry mushrooms soak beforehand and cut into dicing, prepare corn kernels and green beans.
Prepare cooked rice and eggs, boil water in a pot, add carrot, corn, and green beans to blanch until slightly tender and then remove. Heat oil in a pot, add marinated beef diced and stir-fry until changed color, then add mushroom and ham diced and stir-fry.
Add the blanched green beans, corn, and carrots to stir-fry, then add cooked rice and a little salt, stir-fry until rice grains are loose and cooked through, then add a little chicken broth to stir-fry evenly, set aside.
Beat the eggs, add a little water and flour, stir until smooth, filter, preheat a flat-bottomed pan with a little oil, turn off the fire, pour in the egg liquid, turn the pan to form a round cake, then turn on medium heat to fry until the bottom is set.
Place half of the fried rice on the egg cake, cover with the other half of the egg cake, slowly pour the remaining egg liquid along the two edges of the egg cake, seal it tightly.

Homemade Sushi
Ingredients: Cooked rice, sushi wrappers, eggs, asparagus, carrots, ham sausage, cucumber, fish roe, sushi vinegar, salad dressing.
Cut off the tip and root of asparagus, blanch in water and then quickly rinse with cold water, slice the carrots thinly and pan-fry, a more nutritious way to play out than blanching.
Beat two eggs, heat oil in a pan and pour in the eggs, slowly stir-fry until cooked. Cut the cooked eggs into strips, cut the ham sausage into strips, and cut the cucumber into thin strips. Steam the rice and mix it well.

Ingredients: Flour, eggs, luncheon meat, scallions, black sesame, salt, bean sauce.
Pour a small bowl of flour into a basin, gradually add water and stir until a smooth batter is formed. Add a little salt to the batter, not too much, just a little.
Cut luncheon meat into thin slices and pan-fry until browned, you can also use sausage or ham sausage. Pour a spoonful of batter into the pot, over low heat, gently shake the pot with your hand to spread the batter evenly on the bottom, the fire must not be big, otherwise the batter will solidify before flowing.
Use a spoon to assist in spreading the batter evenly on the bottom of the pan. When the batter is not noticed, drop in an egg and gently spread the egg. When the egg is not fully cooked, sprinkle with a lot of roasted black sesame and chopped scallions. Throughout the whole process, use low heat to cook.
