Flavorful and Easy Sweet Potato Noodles – Sour, Spicy, and Refreshing

This sour and spicy noodle is my favorite sweet potato recipe, it is soft, smooth and tender, sour and spicy and irresistible.

Ingredients needed: sweet potato noodles, green vegetables (2), deep-fried peanuts, dried chili, garlic, scallions, light soy sauce, vinegar, coriander, chili peppers, white sesame seeds, fragrant oil, salt, sugar, chicken broth, pickled radish.

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. Soak sweet potato noodles in cold water for 30 minutes. Prepare a seasoning bowl, put dried chili, chili peppers, garlic, scallion, white sesame seeds and optionally flower dewed into it. If you like spicy flavor, add some peppercorns.



Step 2: Then heat oil in a pot and pour it in. Remember that the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise the chili powder will burn and affect the taste. You can also use chili oil instead of chili powder.

Step 3: Add three tablespoons of vinegar, two tablespoons of light soy sauce, one tablespoon of fragrant oil, a little salt, appropriate sugar, a little chicken broth and a little pickled radish into a bowl.

Step 1: Soak the noodles in warm water until softened. Cut the cabbage into strips and wash it and dry it. Cut the red chili peppers into strips, chop the scallions into flowers and garlic into minced pieces. Cut the dried chili peppers into segments as well.



Step 2: Beat two eggs in a bowl and mix them well. After the noodles are softened, cut them into segments that are not too long. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add the noodles. Cook for 2 minutes and then take them out.

Step 3: Pour oil into a pot, after the oil is hot, pour in the egg mixture and stir-fry until cooked and then set aside. Pour oil into the pot again. After the oil is hot, add scallions and garlic, stir-fry with dried chili peppers. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it becomes translucent, then add noodles and stir-fry with a little oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

Step 4: Then add the eggs, red chili peppers and a little salt, and stir-fry evenly with half a spoon of five-spice powder.



This delicious and healthy cabbage noodles with noodles is ready. Cabbage is a vegetarian ingredient that can be simply stir-fried. Simply stir-frying these cabbage noodles is very delicious. This cabbage noodles can be added with meat dishes, and it tastes great.
