Ingredients:
100g Low-Fat Yogurt (66 kcal per 100g)
5-7 Medium Strawberries (32 kcal per 100g)
15g Oats (338 kcal per 100g)
3 Egg Whites (60 kcal per 100g)
5-10g Fine Sugar (According to your preferred taste, can't be without it, because we need to whip the protein)
Preparation:
Blend strawberries into puree
Blend oats into powder
Whip egg whites with sugar until slightly foamy
Assembly:
1Mix strawberry puree with oat powder, then mix with yogurt until well combined, and finally gently fold in the whipped egg white foam in batches, mixing clockwise until smooth.
2Preheat oven to 100°C for 5 minutes.
3Line a baking sheet with baking paper and press the pink paste into cookie shapes according to your desired shape onto the baking paper.
4Place the baking sheet in the oven at 100°C for 35-40 minutes (Must be low and slow baking, otherwise it will burn easily. During baking, observe carefully, as each oven has its own personality).
