Second, butter should be softened at room temperature, cut into small pieces, put it into the risen dough, continue kneading, make the butter fully melt into the dough. Third, the risen dough has a lot of air holes, put it on the countertop and knead it to release air, after kneading, make it into a long strip, use a knife to cut it into equal-sized dough pieces, take a dough piece, hold it with your hand and rub it in a circular motion, and make all of them in this way.

Fourth, lay a layer of tin foil in the baking pan, brush with edible oil, put the finished buns into the baking pan, put it into the oven middle layer, secondary rise to twice its size.
