3 Let's start by introducing the required ingredients:
Pork loin, eggs, cornstarch, tomato paste, white vinegar, sugar, roasted sesame seeds

4 First, cut the pork loin into 1 cm thick slices, then use a meat tenderizer to pound the pork loin, making the pork loin more tender and slippery, and easier to absorb the flavor during marination. Then slice the pork loin into strips and marinate it. First, add a little salt and pepper, along with cooking wine, and beat in an egg. Mix and knead thoroughly, and marinate for half an hour.
5 Then coat the marinated pork loin with cornstarch, and deep-fry it in a pot of 50% hot oil until golden brown. Remove it and increase the oil temperature to 70% hot, then put the pork loin strips into the pot and deep-fry again. In the pot, add sugar and water to caramelize, until it's a soy sauce color, turn off the heat and cool it down.

6 Add the pork loin strips, stir-fry to coat them with a layer of sugar color, then add tomato paste and white vinegar, and stir-fry evenly. Before serving, drizzle a little sesame oil, and you can get it out of the pot. Sprinkle a little roasted sesame seeds for decoration, and enjoy.
