Oil Paste: 18g regular flour, 25g edible oil
Filling: 150g beef (pork) minced, 0.5g Sichuan peppercorns, 0.5g five-spice powder, (optional 0.5g chili powder), 3g salt, 5g ginger paste, 6g edible oil, 130g chopped green onions
Instructions:
1 First, prepare the main dough. Mix regular flour with edible oil and knead into a smooth dough. Then, grab it to form a ball.

2 Next, mix all the main dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes
3 After resting, knead it again to make it even smoother, then divide it into 5 pieces and shape them into long strips, pressing lightly, then wrap each with edible oil and cover with cling film for at least 2 hours

4 While the dough is resting, make the oil paste. Mix all the oil paste ingredients and stir until smooth

5 Next, prepare the filling: chop the green onions, and prepare the other filling ingredients

6 Mix all filling ingredients except the green onions, and mix until the meat is slightly sticky

7 After the dough is rested, take a portion of it and roll it out into a rectangular shape

8 Then, hold the two ends and stretch them into long strips
9 At one end, place the mixed meat filling

10 Place the meat filling topped with green onions and sprinkle with Sichuan peppercorns

11 Pull one end over to fold it

12 Fold the other end over

13 Wrap the filling, and smear oil paste on the remaining part

14 Stretch and roll it up, and when there's a remaining piece, use a knife to cut small slits

15 Continue to stretch and roll it up, and finally roll it up
16 Stand it up, let it rest for 5 minutes, then flatten it

17 Flatten it again and let it rest for 10 minutes
