Tongguan Preserved Vegetables
Tongguan Preserved Vegetables is a traditional specialty of Tongguan County, Shaanxi Province, originating from tribute goods offered to the emperor during the Tang Dynasty. The varieties include Eight Treasure Preserved Vegetables and Skin-on Preserved Bamboo Shoots. It won a silver award at the 1916 Panama World Famous Food Exhibition and enjoyed international fame.
