This Rice Cooking Method Has Become a Hit in My Home – It's Instantly Devoured as Soon as It's Served!

This method of cooking rice has become a hit in my home; it's no longer necessary to go to restaurants. It appears on the table and is instantly devoured.

Rice is ubiquitous in daily life, and the most common preparation is to combine rice with water and cook it. After a long time of eating, people want to try something new. Today, I'd like to introduce a new way of cooking rice that is even more fragrant and delicious than the traditional method – it's a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate.

Ever since I learned this method, my kids no longer pick at their food; they eat a large bowl of rice in one meal, and their appetite has increased significantly. Required ingredients:

Rice, water, 3 eggs, scallions (green onions), salt, 1 tomato, carrot shreds, peas, oyster sauce, old ginger (dark soy sauce), chili essence (spicy flavor).

Instructions:

1. Wash the rice thoroughly. Save the first wash of water; it can be used to cleanse and beautify your skin.

2. Place the washed rice in an electric rice cooker, then pour in 3 egg yolks, and add the appropriate amount of water, and stir evenly with a fork (make sure to separate the egg yolks).

3. If you want the rice to have a better texture and more nutrients, you can put a clean tomato on top, cut a cross on the tomato, and place it in the middle, then cover it with a lid and cook it according to the rice cooker's settings.

4. While the rice is steaming, we can wash the scallions, carrot shreds, and peas thoroughly. Next, take out the frying pan, heat it up, pour in hot oil, first add scallions, and stir-fry over high heat to release their fragrance, then add the other ingredients and stir-fry together until 80% cooked. Add a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chili essence, a spoonful of oyster sauce, and a spoonful of dark soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly until cooked.

5. After the rice is steamed, remove the skin of the tomato with a fork, and then pour the pre-fried vegetables into the electric rice cooker, and stir evenly with a spoon, crushing the tomato in the process.

6. Finally, spoon the mixed rice into a bowl and invert it onto a plate, and enjoy! This method produces beautiful and delicious steamed rice.
