Green Pepper with Shredded Pork

Ingredients:

3 Green Peppers, Pork, Bean Sauce, Scallions, Ginger, Garlic,, Starch


Method:

  1. Cut pork into shreds, marinate with, Ginger, and Starch forminutes;
  2. Cut scallions and ginger into minced, cut green peppers into shreds of the same thickness as the meat;
  3. Heat oil in a wok, add marinated pork and stir-fry until fragrant, then remove;

Spicy Squid

Ingredients:

Dry-Fried Napa Cabbage with Vermicelli


Ingredients:

  1. Vermicelli, Napa Cabbage Leaves, A Little Onion, Dried Red Chilies, 5g Salt, 5g Chicken Broth, A Little Sesame Oil, A Little Light Soy Sauce
  2. Method:
  3. Soak vermicelli in cold water, cut Napa Cabbage into shreds or chunks, chop scallions, cut dried red chilies into segments;
  4. Mix soaked vermicelli with a little Light Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil;

Heat a pot, first fry oil, then pour out, leave bottom oil in the pot, sauté scallion flower;

  3. Method:

Add A Little Onion and Scallion, add Soy Sauce, Caraway Seeds to stir-fry evenly;

Chicken Claw with Cola
